Is Winter Style Getting You Down?

I feel like it's been winter for ages now and I'm reaching my limit. Months of long sleeves, sweaters, blazers and coats have me craving sundresses and sandals. Alas, all I can do is shop for spring so I'll be ready when it finally arives. It was windy with a high of 30 degrees in New York yesterday. My husband and I took our dog for a walk by the uber-windy waterfront; here's what I wore (excuse the windblown hair):
